PRACTICE FOR BUSY CREATIVES AND THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT WAY TO FEEL GOOD

5:30 PM Outdoors on the FRONT lawn of the Canyon Community Center
SB Dance leader, Stephen Brown, will lead a free class in body movement curating key exercises from yoga and somatics. He has crafted a practice for creative people of all stripes. The practice helps you feel good, centered, and ready to work every day. Once you know it, the practice is concise enough that busy folks can complete the practice in 30-40 minutes. Learning the practice requires about 90 minutes. Bring a good Yoga mat and water. Wear loose fitting clothing.  SB Dance’s outreach aims for adults, though again, many young adults dig it too. Come enjoy and learn this healthy practice!

SB DANCE PRESENTS “CURBSIDE THEATER”

8:30 PM Outdoors on the FRONT lawn of the Canyon Community Center – Bring your blanket or chair
SB Dance stands out as a multigenerational performing arts company that presents work made for adult minds. The show is created primarily for an adult sense of humanity, horror, humor, and humility. When theaters closed last year, SB Dance shifted gears to create a mobile, outdoor performance. It allowed for safe social distance and ventilation, kept the performers separated, and required no power or infrastructure. This show is designed for the audience to enjoy with less concerns about the pandemic.
