Z-Arts! needs volunteers for the following jobs at the CCC Annual Juried show.

Receive artwork for the Juried Art Show.

What: Accepting artwork, completing forms and other administrative duties.
When: Monday & Tuesday, October 17 & 18, 2011
10 am – 2 pm and 2 pm – 6pm
2 Sessions per day – 2 people per session.

Assistant to the Judges.

What: Moving paintings, helping with paperwork, and helping judges in placing work to be hung for the show.
When: Wednesday, October 19, 2011
Time TBA
1-2 people.

Hang the Show

What: Hanging the artwork, label making, and preparing Peoples’ choice forms, etc.
When: Thursday, October 20, 2011
Starting at 10 am
4 people.

Artists reception

What: Purchase food and drinks, set up for the reception and clean up following the reception.
When: Saturday, November 12, 2011
3 + people

Juried Show Artwork Pick up

What: Checking out the artwork and administrative duties.
When: Saturday & Monday December 10 & 12, 2011
10 am – 1.30 pm and 1.30 pm – 5 pm
2 Sessions per day – 2 people per session.
